Please use this form to register your interest in joining our customer panel. This will enable us to offer you opportunities to take part in user research to help us shape, develop and improve our services.
Our customer panel is open to employees of public service organisations and registered charities who are based in Wales.
By registering for the panel, you agree that Academi Wales can use your feedback and research responses to support decision making and the development of our services. We will only use your information for research and we will store it securely. We will never share or report your survey responses and feedback in a way that could identify you without your consent. We follow the Market Research Society Code of Conduct and we handle personal data in line with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
If you are eligible to join the panel we will contact you when research opportunities become available. We will store your personal details solely for the purpose of enabling you to participate in research, and delete them once you leave the panel. We will not share your personal details with anyone. We will anonymise your research feedback within 3 months. If you wish to leave the panel, please email AW.Panel@gov.wales.
