The Community Assets: Right to Buy Bill team in Welsh Government is undertaking early engagement on the recently announced Community Right to Buy Bill. The aim of this work is to help inform and develop the Bill, before it goes to formal consultation.
As part of this work the Community Assets: Right to Buy Bill team will be gathering information through a survey of representatives from stakeholder organisations.
The Welsh Government is the data controller for the research. The Community Assets: Right to Buy Bill team will remove personal data before writing up the report and will not provide personally identifiable data to others in Welsh Government unless you ask us to.
The information collected during the project will later be included in a final consultation report published on the Welsh Government website
