Dementia action plan survey

We want to gather views on the key areas we should focus on throughout the engagement process for the new dementia plan.

We introduced the current dementia action plan for Wales in 2018. In 2021, we published a companion document that refocussed the plan based on the challenges faced during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

An independent evaluation is being undertaken to better understand the successes of that plan and where improvements could be made.

Responses to this survey will help to shape the conversations during the engagement activities for the new dementia plan. We are looking to develop an understanding of the key topics that stakeholders would like to discuss. This is the start of a longer conversation and is not intended to deliver all the answers on content for the final plan.
