Socially Responsible Procurement: Concern Notification Form

Instruction for Submission:

This form should be used by stakeholders to raise a concern about a public procurement carried out by a Contracting Authority covered by the Social Partnership and Public Procurement (Wales) Act 2023 (Schedule 1).

You should use it to report concerns about a specific procurement exercise relating to the Act’s Socially Responsible Procurement duties.

Important note to suppliers: If your concern relates specifically to a procurement under the Procurement Act 2023, please contact the Wales Procurement Review Unit’s ‘Procurement Feedback Service’ (PFS). The PFS is the single point of contact for suppliers wishing to:

• Raise concerns about a specific procurement that they have been involved in, or in which they intend to participate.
• Report concerns about a contracting authority’s compliance with the Procurement Act 2023 in relation to a specific procurement.
• Report concerns about compliance with the rules or terms of a specific contract or framework.
