Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) is currently undertaking an inspection of Local Authorities Regional Adoption Collaboratives (RACs) across Wales. The aim of these inspections is to understand how well adoption services are being delivered to children in Wales currently.
At the end of the survey there are questions that will help us understand how well the RAC are promoting and enabling equality, diversity and inclusion. These questions are optional.
