Bus Services (Wales) Act 2026: proposals for regulations on local bus services contracts, the application of TUPE regulations and the provision of information and data
We are seeking views on policy proposals that will inform the first set of regulations to be made under the Act.
These cover:
- terms to be included in local bus service contracts
- the application of the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations (TUPE) to the local bus workforce
- collecting information and data on local bus services
